We offer the ability for you to download content to your mobile phone under a monthly subscription plan. You are getting 20 credits for ringtone, wallpaper and screensaver
downloading.
How Do I Register?
In order to register you shall read the Terms before registration. Enter your mobile number
at http://www.romcell.com . You will receive a pin code via SMS to your mobile phone which you will need to type into our site.
What is the difference between Polyphonic and True Tones / Real Tones ?
Polyphonic ringtones are created with a synthesizer and most phones today support them.
True Tones also referred to as Real Tones or Master Tones are actual clips of a song or sound effect. We have both types of tones in our site.
How to download a ringtone or graphic?
To download content, simply click on the song that you wish to receive.
You will be asked to enter your mobile number and shortly there-after, you will receive a Pin Code,
which you will need to enter on the site.
If you are already a subscriber with Romcell, you will simply be redirected to the login screen, where you are required to enter your mobile
number and password to begin downloading ringtones or wallpapers.
The exact method in which you receive the ringtone or wallpaper to your phone depends on your phone model and cellular service provider.
In general, after a sucessful purchase, you will receive the content that you chose, in the form of a text message or WAP push, to your phone.
In that message you will see a URL which you will need to open using the wireless Internet connection on your cell phone such as M-Mode, MEdia Net, Sprint PCS Vision,
or T-Zones to download the ringtone or wallpaper to your phone.
You can then set this download, as the ringtone or background image on your cell phone.
The URL sent to your phone will be similar to the following:
http://www.romcell.com/inventory/downloads/54553/[songname].mp3.
Remember to save the ringtone to your phone in order to store it permanently.
I've lost or can't remember my password.
If you have lost your password please go to Lost Password Page
and enter your mobile number and we'll send your password directly to your phone.
Not receiving ringtone or text message when I send to phone.
Make certain you have text messaging enabled with your carrier. If you have text messaging and did not receive your tone text message,
there may be delays with your carrier in sending the message to you.
What do I need in order to download ringtones or graphics?
1. A Polyphonic or MP3 Compatible Handset
All ringtones from our site are for polyphonic and/or MP3 compatible handsets. Please refer to your owners manual or manufacturers website for more information.
2. Text Messaging
You must be able to receive text messages. If you are unsure, please contact your carrier.
3. Mobile Internet Access
You must have wireless Internet enabled, such as M-Mode, MEdia Net, T-Zones , etc..

What are Text Alert and how do I sign up for them?
Text Alerts are fun and interesting jokes, facts or horoscope readings which you will receive on a weekly basis as a text message.
They are easy to receive, and most carriers now bundle text messaging with plans.
Sign up to receive them by visiting the Text Alerts section of our website and choosing one.
Click the "Next" button and follow the instructions to start receiving fun text alerts.
How do I cancel my subscription(s)?
